Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your account in a Defusion Studio game. Once deleted, it can’t be recovered.

Delete in the game

Open the game and delete your account in Account Settings.

Your account and data will be fully deleted within 30 days, including backups.

Request by email

You don’t need to reinstall the game. Email the address below from the Google account you use to sign in to the game, and include your team name.

We’ll find your account using the Google account you emailed from, then delete it. Your account and data will be fully deleted within 30 days, including backups.

Data we delete

Everything linked to your account:

• Your account: your Google account ID and email
• Your team: team name, players, lineup, training, and record
• The ID used for push notifications, and your device’s language and time zone
• Gameplay logs (what you did in the game) and error logs (messages recorded when the game ran into an error)

Data we keep

• Connection logs (IP address and time): not deleted separately; they clear automatically after about 30 days.
• If you request by email, we keep that email as a record of your request.
• Aggregated statistics that can’t identify you (for example, how many people play each day).

This deletes only your game account. Your Google account is not affected.
